Returns & Refunds
At Tikxu, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Below is our policy for handling returns and refunds, specifically for watch purchases.
Eligible Returns:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item under the following conditions:
• The watch is unused and in its original condition.
• The item is returned with all original packaging, including box, tags, manuals, and warranty cards.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Returnable Reasons:
We accept returns for the following reasons:
• Defective or Damaged Watches: If the watch arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
• Incorrect Item Received: If the item you received does not match your order (e.g., wrong model, color).
• Unworn, Unused Condition: The watch must be returned in the same condition as when received (no signs of wear or scratches).
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for the following:
• Watches with Visible Signs of Wear: Watches that show signs of being worn, including scratches, dents, or removed links.
• Custom or Personalized Watches: Watches that have been engraved or customized cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• Final Sale or Discounted Items: Products marked as final sale or heavily discounted are not eligible for return unless there is a defect.
How to Return an Item:

Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that original shipping fees ($4.95) are not refundable.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a watch for the same item, contact us at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund has not been posted after 10 business days:
• Check with your bank or card issuer, as it may take additional processing time.
